Learned counsel for the first respondent bank submitted that the borrower, the second respondent, has already settled the dues of the first respondent bank in full. The respondent bank has therefore dropped the proceedings and the e-actuion was not conducted. He further submitted that documents have also been returned back to the borrower- the second respondent. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition challenging the e- auction notice has rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to workout his remedies in accordance with law. 4. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.15336 and 15334 of 2024 are closed.
