During the earlier occasion, a submission was made by the respondents that a writ appeal in WA.No.2391 of 2023 is pending with regard to the dispute, pertaining to the title over the subject land. 5. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the official respondents would submit that vide order dated 05.09.2023 passed in the aforesaid writ appeal, the Hon’ble First Bench of this Court had directed the respective revenue Authorities to conduct enquiry with the concerned parties, however, stay was granted for passing any final orders. 6. Hence, he would contend that due to the above order of the Hon’ble First Bench of this Court, the respondents are not in a position to comply with the order passed by this Court on 11.03.2026 in this petition. Further, he would submit that the petitioner’s request will be duly considered, subject to the outcome of the aforesaid writ appeal. 7. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this petition.
