In terms of interim order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has been granted interim bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 19/2024 for offences under sections 409/420/467/468/471/477-A/120-B Indian Penal Code (IPC) registered with Police Station, Arnas, which is stated to be pending before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Reasi. The record of the trail court suggests that charges against the petitioner and co-accused stand Serial No. 07 Regular List Bail App No. 295/2024 already framed by the learned trial court on 06.12.2024 and it appears from a perusal of the minutes of the proceedings of the trial court that the petitioner has been appearing before the trial court regularly and trial of the case is in progress. It also appears that co-accused in the case, namely, Ajeet Kumar has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench in terms of order dated 25.11.2024 passed in Bail App No. 151/2024. 04. In view of the above circumstances, the interim bail granted to petitioner in terms of order dated 11.12.2024 is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in the said order. 05.
