C.M.P.(MD)No.7747 of 2024 has been taken out in C.M.P.(MD)No.4915 of 2020, to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as petitioners in C.M.P.(MD)No.4915 of 2020 and C.M.P. (MD)No.7747 of 2024 are strongly opposed by the learned Counsel for the appellant Mr.R.Subramanian, on the ground that the petitioners cannot be impleaded as appellants, since they seem to be sailing with the contesting respondents.
