Latest status report stands filed, a perusal whereof reveals that petitioner at the relevant point of time, when mutation in question came to be attested, was not posted in village Kalakam, where the land in question is situated and he was posted in village Kote. It is categoric finding of investigation agency that nothing incriminating could be established against the petitioner in the investigation conducted so far. A status report also reveals that in reply to a questionnaire served to the accused officials, Patwari, Shri Suresh Kumar has admitted that the aforesaid mutation i.e. mutation No. 1426/J dated 24.04.2015 was entered by him in the Mutation Register. 02.
