This joint petition has been preferred by the petitioners for quashment of two FIRs viz-a-viz FIR No.103/2022 registered at the instance of petitioner No.2 and FIR No.35/2023 lodged at the instance of petitioner No.1 on the solitary ground that they have resolved their dispute amicably and have no objection to the quashment of the said FIRs. Statements of the petitioners in the light of the compromise (Annexure-II), have been recorded before Registrar Judicial of this Court. The respective complainants in their statements have stated that they have resolved all the issues and have no objection to the quashment of the FIRs. 02. In the light of statements made by the petitioners, present petition is allowed and both the FIRs, i.e. FIR No.103/2022 and FIR No.35/2023 registered with Police Station, Janipur are quashed. 03.
