Mahaboob Athiff, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation, dated 26.03.2024. 3.In the said representation, the petitioner has called upon the respondents 3 and 4 to take necessary action to construct the drainage channel in the previous place instead of occupying the public pathway in the petitioner’s village.
