Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the impugned work order was issued on 09.08.2024 and the writ petition was filed on 03.09.2024 by which time the 6th respondent had completed the work entrusted to him. 4. The work order was issued on 09.08.2024 and the writ petition was filed on 03.09.2024 by which time, the 6th respondent had commenced the work and completed the work satisfactorily as of today.
