Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned respective counsels appearing for the respondents and perused the entire documents placed on record. 3. A perusal of the records revealed that the 2nd respondent, by way of proceedings dated 05.03.2024 intimated that the 2nd respondent has forwarded the petitioner’s representation / complaint to the 4th respondent and the 2nd respondent had received a reply from the police authorities with a request to furnish the passport number and details in respect of the 6th respondent. However, it is the contention of the respondents that the petitioner has failed to co-operate with the enquiry and failed to produce documents, which are required to be produced before the 2nd respondent. 4. In view of the above, the direction sought for by the petitioner in this petition, cannot be granted at this stage and the petition is dismissed.
