CMP No.6176 of 2024 in SA Sr No.49488 of 2023 S.SOUNTHAR, J. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 04.06.2026 stating that the first respondent Kamatchi died leaving behind the 2nd and 3rd respondents as her L.Rs. The above said memo is taken on file and the death of the first respondent is recorded and the respondents 2 and 3 are recorded as the L.Rs of the deceased first respondent. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petitioner, the delay of 315 in filing the second appeal is condoned.
