HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU WP (C) No. 1293/2024 UOI an Ors. .....Applicant(s)/Petitioner(s) Through :- Mr. Vikas Sharma, Senior Panel Counsel v/s Jita Ram .....Respondent(s) Through :- None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 23.02.2026 None for the parties. Having considered the judgment impugned, in the light of pleadings of the parties before the Tribunal, we find that this case is fully covered by our judgment dated 13.11.2025 titled “Union of India vs. Nirman Singh Jamwal”, (WP (C) No. 3173/2023 and clubbed matters), wherein, it has been inter alia held that the disability like IHD (ANT MI WALL) is aggravated by the military service. In that view of the matter, the issue raised in this petition is no longer res integra. The writ petition is found devoid of any merit and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
