ORDER
30.01.2026
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has already been disposed of in terms of order dated 03.01.2025 passed in CRM(M) No. 317/2024, as both were the clubbed matters. Copy of the said order has been placed on record.
2. It appears that while disposing of both the petitions, it was directed that copy of the order (supra) be placed on record file of CRM(M) No. 133/2024 as well. However, the same might have not been placed. Resultantly, the matter has been listed today. However, since the matter stands disposed of, this petition also stands
disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.01.2025.
