Virender Singh, Judge (oral) In this case, respondent No. 2 has filed reply. Relevant portion of para-4 of preliminary submissions, in the reply is reproduced as under: “The DPC founds Sh. Daljit Singh, Divisional Manager (on officiating basis) fit against higher vacant post of General Manager from technical side which as lying vacant w.e.f. 01.03.2014 till 25.03.2021 w.e.f. 01.03.2014 on regular basis with the recommendation is subject to final outcome of LPA No. 177 of 2023 in CWP No. 1634 of 2021 titled as HRTC through its Managing Director vs. Daljit Singh & ors. Accordingly the orders has been issued on 04.03.2023 for the promotion of Sh.Daljit Singh to the post of Divisional Manager (Non- Technical) on regular basis w.e.f. 01.03.2014 and also circulated the revised final seniority list on 27.3.2023.” 2. In view of the stand taken by respondent No. 2, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, no further 2 action is required to be taken, in the matter.
