Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Following order was passed in the matter on 23.03.2026: - “Learned counsel for petitioners pointing out to office order dated 14.05.2024 (page 64) and documents appended (pages 69 to 72) as well as documents placed on record today alleges discrimination vis-a-vis others similarly situated on count of respondents not making complete payment on account of dearness relief alongwith interest admissible to petitioners in terms of judgment in question. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Learned counsel for respondents on the basis of instructions imparted to him submits that the judgment shall be implemented in letter and spirit in case of petitioners within one week from today.
