In this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to cancel the layout approval issued in their proceeding in DTCP (ROC No. BAAE7LIO/ 2023/TCP) in respect of petitioner’s family property, comprised in survey No.7 to the extent of 2 Acre, 41 Cents, at present patta No.7339 and 7353, situated at Kancheepuram District, Sripumerbudur Sub Registration District, Valarpuram Village. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 4 months. 4.
