JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER 02.03.2026 1) This is an appeal against the order dated 20.10.2023 whereby the respondent has been admitted to bail by the Court of Special Judge Designated Under NIA ACT Pulwama, (for short ‘the trial court’) in case titled “State vs. Owais Ahmad Wani”. 2) The bail was granted to the respondent vide order dated 20.10.2023 after the prosecution had examined 09 witnesses out of total 14 witnesses. Given the circumstances, Counsel submitted that the present appeal be disposed of with a direction that the learned Trial Court, CrlA(D) No.8/2024 2 | P a g e when appreciating evidence, shall not be influenced by any observations made in the impugned order. 3) In light of the foregoing, this appeal stands disposed of.
