This matter was referred for mediation by an order dated 08-08-2025 passed by this court for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. After the process of mediation, the appointed Mediator has submitted a Mediation Report dated 19-02-2026 under cover of a letter dated 19-02-2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judl.), High Court of Manipur. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue and dispute between the parties had been amicably settled through process of mediation and the parties have agreed for disposal of the writ petition in the light of the Grounds of Settlement arrived at between the parties.
