(b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon’ble Court, directing the Court of Ld. MM-04 Dwarka District Court to keep the proceedings in CC No. 4067/2017; in abeyance till the provision of main primary forensic report from FSLRohini, Delhi in FSL Request No. SFSL(DLH)/642/QD/22/24; This is a digitally signed order. The summons have been directed to be issued to the petitioners. 3. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order, appropriate remedy will have to be availed. 4. In the instant petition, no effective direction can be issued against the respondent. 5. In view of the aforesaid development, the petition stands disposed of.
