1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking a direction for a fair and proper investigation, and for the filing of the charge-sheet, in relation to FIR No. 315/2022, registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar, Delhi. 2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, notwithstanding the registration of the FIR, no proper investigation has been conducted, and that the investigation is not being carried out fairly. It is submitted that a direction for the expeditious and fair completion of the investigation, and for the filing of the charge-sheet, ought to be issued. This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, ASC for the State, submits that the charge-sheet has been filed by the Delhi Police against all the accused persons, save and except the public servant, and that the filing of the charge-sheet against the public servant is awaiting the grant of sanction. 4. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the sanction shall be expedited, and the Investigating Officer shall pursue the same. Upon the grant of sanction, the final charge-sheet shall be filed against all the accused persons. 6. The substantial grievance raised by the petitioner thus stands mitigated. In any event, in case the petitioner has any further grievance, he shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Court, which shall be fully empowered to pass appropriate directions regarding the investigation, or its monitoring, in accordance with the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P.1. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
