The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation on 15.03.2024 seeking for the compensation. However the said representation was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 4.
