Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 12.03.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
