In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022, if it is still pending, and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
