Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the encroachment has been removed and the subject land has been restored as Paathai. 4.Such being the case, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition stands closed.
