The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20th February, 2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 2188/2024. 2. Vide the aforesaid order, directions were passed by this Court in the following manner: “1. The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to dispose of the complaint dated 12.06.2023 given by the Petitioner challenging the Caste Certificate issued in favour of Shri Pawan Kumar on the ground that Shri Pawan Kumar has got a false certificate. 2. Learned ASC appearing for the Respondents states a show cause notice has already been issued to Shri Pawan Kumar and he has already appeared three times and the matter is under This is a digitally signed order. Perusal of the said order shows that the aforesaid writ petition had been disposed of directing the respondents to take up the complaint of the petitioner expeditiously and dispose of the same. 4. Today, Mr. S.S. Parihar, District Magistrate, Central North, Government of NCT of Delhi (“GNCTD”), is present in Court and has handed over to this Court, an order dated 30th June, 2025. He submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been considered and had been disposed of vide the said order. 5. The order dated 30th June, 2025, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (“SDM”), Model Town, Delhi is taken on record. 6. Mr. S.S. Parihar further submits that the said report shall be placed before the State Standing Committee for taking requisite decision. 7. The aforesaid statement is taken note of. 8. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 9. The present petition is accordingly disposed of.
