A copy thereof has been placed on record. 2. In light of the settlement agreement, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Since a settlement has been arrived at between the parties at an early stage of the suit, the Court fee is directed to be refunded to the plaintiff, in accordance with Section 16 of Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Notification dated 06.03.2026 issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, Government of NCT of Delhi. 4.
