$~11 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI # CNR No. DLHC010774622024 + W.P.(C) 15615/2024 ABDUL WARISH SHEIKH .....Petitioner Through: None versus UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION .....Respondent Through: Ms. Pankhuri Shrivastava, Adv. Mr. Atreya G C, Adv. Mr. Mukul, Adv. for R3 CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASMEET SINGH O R D E R % 01.09.2026 1. Ms. Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 states that the petition has become infructuous due to passage of time. 2. In the present petition, the petitioner was seeking revaluation/rechecking/re-totaling of the UGC NET Examination 2024 score and releasing the fresh results. 3. After the filing of the petition, 4 further sessions of UGC NET Examinations have already taken place (as the examination is six-monthly). 4. Presumably it is for this reason, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 5. For the said reasons, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
