The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent intend to register the property bearing Survey No.197/2 & 197/1A, Manavely Revenue Village in Ariyankuppam Commune, Puducherry at the instance of the 5th respondent. According to the petitioner, in the present case, while registering any land, the respondents has to comply G.O.Ms.No.20 of 2017 dated 20.10.2017. 3. He would further submit that if the said G.O.Ms.No.20 of 2017 is applicable, the same will be definitely complied with. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to register the plot in subject survey number by following the provisions of law and in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.20 of 2017 dated 20.10.2017. 5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms.
