The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.09.2024 to close the storm water drain in the petitioner’s property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the second respondent, till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
