SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.11835 of 2023. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Collector dated 18.12.2024. The said proceedings reveal that the Tahsildar and the District Revenue Officer conducted a detailed enquiry, by affording opportunity to all the interested parties including the petitioner. After enquiry, the District Collector has passed an order stating that no encroachments were identified in the subject property. That being the case, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
