The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.07.2024 to classify the DC agricultural land to non DC land comprised in Old S.No.49/2, New S.No.79/2A measuring an extent of 1.40 Acres and also in Old S.No.47/3, New S.No.80/3A measuring an extent of 1.35 Acres totaling 2.75 Acres at Aadaiyur Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the second respondent, till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
