The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi has filed a settlement agreement dated 19.05.2026, consisting 13 pages including ID proofs of the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants and respondents no.1 & 2 states that they have settled the inter-se dispute. 4. We are also informed by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 that the settlement is primarily between appellants and respondents no.1 & 2, and not respondent no.3, which is only performa party. 5.
