This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “i) To issue a writ, direction or order specially in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent No. 2 to sanction mutation in the name of petitioners in respect of land to enter the name of the petitioners in mutation in respect of land bearing Khasra Nos. 500/1 (3-4), 613 (4-0), 889(3-13), 890/1(2-8), 894 (4-16), 895/1 (1-1), 903/2 (2-15), 904(3- 10), 908 (3-9), 9 13 (2-4) 1096 (4- 13) and 1101 (5-4), admeasuring 40 Bighas 17 Biswas situated at the revenue estate of Village Satbari, New Delhi. ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Bansal, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall be satisfied if the respondent No. 2 decide the representation dated 08.02.2024 of the petitioner. 3. I am of the view that the request of the petitioner is reasonable. 4. In case the representation dated 08.02.2024 is not decided, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same in accordance with extant rules, regulations and as per procedure prescribed by law expeditiously. 5.
