1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief: ―a. Issue a writ of mandumus or any other appropriate writ, order direction of like nature thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to refund/return the amount of Rs. 3,35,752/- (Rupees Three Lakh, Thirty .Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Two Only.) alongwith interst @12% p.a. from the date of shutting down the restaurant;‖

Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court directs the competent authority to treat this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner and this Court.
