The case is taken up out of turn at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, in pursuance of the order dated 30.12.2024 passed by this Court, whereby respondents Nos. 5 and 6 were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of communications dated 05.11.2019 and 17.10.2022 issued by respondent No. 7, the said respondents have duly considered the matter and rejected the claim of the petitioner by passing a detailed consideration order dated 01.05.2025. The said order has been placed on record along with the compliance report filed by respondents Nos. 5 and 6. 3. In view of the rejection of the petitioner’s claim, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to challenge the aforesaid order by way of a fresh writ petition and, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one challenging the aforesaid order. 4.
