This Writ Petition is filed seeking for the following prayer:- i) For issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to cease all road construction activities on the petitioner’s land and to order removal of the road constructed in violation of the Court’s prior order and the restoration of the petitioner’s lands in survey Nos.69/3 and 70/1 at Aavarangampaalaiyam, Sankari Taluk, Salem District based on the representation dated 06.11.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeking for the aforesaid relief, has made a representation dated 06.11.2024 to the respondents, however, as on the date, the same has not been considered, hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.36110 of 2024 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court. 5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, sought for, in this Writ Petition, this Court is of the view that suffice it would be to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation on merits and in accordance with law in a time bound manner. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 06.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
