Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that pursuant to the directions of this Court in the order dated 24th November, 2023 in W.P.(C) 14980/2023, the Special Task Force (“STF”) passed a Reasoned Order dated 05th August, 2024. Pursuant to the said reasoned order, the respondent-DDA examined the land records and issued Show Cause Notice dated 02nd May, 2025 to the occupants of the land in question, calling them for a personal hearing on 19th May, 2025. 4. The aforesaid Status Report further states that writ petitions being W.P.(C) 8429/2025 and W.P.(C) 13573/2025, were stated to have been filed by the said occupants before this Court, wherein, the respondent-DDA was directed to not take any action against the land in question, vide orders dated 30th July, 2025, and 03rd September, 2025, respectively. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-DDA informs the Court that the aforesaid interim order is still continuing. 6. Clearly, on account of the interim stay having been granted by this Court, no further action can be taken by the respondent-DDA, against the land in question. 7. Accordingly, the respondent-DDA is directed to take requisite action, in accordance with law, subject to any orders that may be passed in the aforesaid writ petitions. 8.
