The present petition had been registered on the basis of the order dated 04th October, 2024, passed by the Family Court-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, wherein, it was held that the respondent-father was not complying with the orders of the Court with regard to the visitation of the minor child with the mother and thus, custody of the child was handed over from the respondent-father to the mother. 2. Against the aforesaid order, respondent-father filed an appeal being MAT.APP.(F.C.) 359/2024, titled as Mukul Khanna Versus Rashmi Khanna. Vide order dated 29th October, 2024, the Division Bench of this Court set aside the order dated 04th October, 2024, passed by the Family Court and handed back the custody of the minor child to respondent-father herein. 3. The order dated 29th October, 2024, passed by the Division Bench reads as under: This is a digitally signed order. This Court is informed that the Division Bench has modified the order of the Family Court dated 04th October, 2024, with regard to visitation of the mother with the minor child and has directed that the mother shall have the right to visit the minor son on every Saturday, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, in the Children’s Play Room, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. 5. This Court is further informed that the said visitations are taking place regularly. This is a digitally signed order.
