By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this court dated 21.08.2024, relevant paragraph of which is taken note of herein: “10. In the above backdrop, I find that the petitioner is entitled to rent as fixed by respondent department with respect to her residential house. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-department to ensure payment of rent to the petitioner for the period she has not been paid on account of retention of her house by Shri Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan, within a period of two months from the date copy of this order is served upon them.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that as per the rent calculation, the house of the petitioner was hired by the Deputy Director Estates, Kashmir from 01.01.2018 to 31.10.2020 (i.e., 34 months) @ Rs. 43,000/- per month. An amount of Rs. 14,62,000/- has thus been paid to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order passed by this court dated 21.08.2024 has been implemented in its letter and spirit. 4.
