After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the present petition. 3. He, however, prays that the learned Trial Court may be directed to expedite the ascertainment of the charges and to proceed further with the matter as expeditiously as possible. 4. He submits that no unnecessary adjournment be granted to the respondent/accused as the complainant has lost a sum of Rs.1.61 crores in the incident in question. 5.
