By way of the said order, directions had been passed for taking action against the unauthorized and illegal construction on the property bearing Mustil no. 17, Khasra no. 611 and Khasra no. 15, admeasuring 1880 square yards situated in Sangam Vihar, B-Block, New Delhi. 3. This Court is informed that vide order dated 27th May, 2024, in Appeal no. 248/2024, passed by the Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“ATMCD”), has restrained the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), from taking any further demolition action qua the property in question. The aforesaid order passed by the ATMCD reads as under: This is a digitally signed order.
