It is submitted that after grant of bail, there are subsequent complaints and FIRs against respondent No. 2 and, therefore, his bail should be cancelled. 2. Matter is pending for quite some time as the present petition was taken up by this Court for the first time on 22.08.2024. 3. Mr. Harshit Jain, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, submits that petitioner would not press the present petition if learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the ongoing trial.
