The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.09.2024 to register the property situated at Plot No.35, 3rd street, Gandhipuram, Kannamapettai, T.Nagar measuring to an extent of 750 Sq. ft in the name of the legal heirs of Mr.Jangaiyya, which was allotted to the petitioner’s father Mr.Jangaiyya in the year 1976. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the first respondent, till date. Hence, this petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.09.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
