By virtue of the present petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks setting aside the order dated 16.10.2023 passed by ASJ-03, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi whereby the respondents have been discharged qua the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in F.I.R No. 24/2023 registered at PS. Vijay Vihar. 2. In view of the order passed today in CRL.M.C. 4009/2026 wherein this Court has quashed the subject FIR of the present petition based on the Compromise Deed dated 13.05.2026 inter se the complainant and the accused persons/ respondents herein, there is no useful purpose for keeping the present petition pending.
