Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 28.10.2024 to cancel the free patta issued to the 6th respondent in Natham Government promboke ryotwari manai measuring 0.0.69 Hectares, comprised in Old Survey No.27, New Survey No.135/2 under Patta No.220, and remove the shed constructed thereon, situated in Keezhmavilangai Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the fifth respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 28.10.2024, after issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as sixth respondent and aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
