The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the respondents herein are taking hectic steps to lay tar road on the petitioner’s patta land, the petitioner herein made a detailed representation to the respondents on 16.11.2024 by making his objection to lay road on the petitioner’s patta land. 3. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 16.11.2024 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of two weeks. 4.
