Mr. Sunil Kumar Verma, counsel for petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition on the ground that the appeal filed by respondent, being Succession Court 63/2024, has since been dismissed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 22nd May 2026. 2. It is stated that by way of impugned order dated 27th June 2024, petitioner had been restrained from withdrawing any amount from the bank accounts of the deceased, late Smt. Purnima Bhattacharya. 3. Considering the withdrawal of this petition, as well as dismissal of the appeal proceedings, petitioner is at the liberty to approach the concerned banks for release of the amount. 4.
