December, 2024, passed by the Family Court-01, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, in GP 54/2018. 2. It is to be noted that the present contempt petitions have been filed by the petitioner-mother alleging violation of the interim visitation rights, granted by the Family Court, in favour of the mother. 3. Further, this Court is now informed that a final judgment dated 26th September, 2025, has been passed by the Family Court in GP 54/2018, wherein, the custody of the minor child has been granted in favour of the petitioner-mother. 4. This Court is informed that the respondent herein has challenged the aforesaid judgment and an appeal being MAT.
