The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the respondent has already served the entire period of sentence as imposed by the Trial Court and confirmed up to this Court. Therefore, the respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount, which was already deposited by him at the time of suspending the sentence by this Court, and lying before the Trial Court.
