Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the interim conditional order has not been complied by the petitioner and hence prays for vacating the order of interim stay. 3. In view of the above, since the conditional order has not been complied with, the interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated.
