By way of the present joint application, the parties seek disposal of the present appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that vide Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 29.07.2026, the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement. It is further submitted, that later on, the parties also approached Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and the terms of family settlement were reduced into writing vide an Agreement dated 30.07.2026. 3. It is stated that the present application is also accompanied by respective affidavits of the petitioner no.2 (Ms. Ritu Chugh), respondent no.2 (Mrs. Renu Maindiratta) and respondent no.3 (Mrs. Neelam Sharma).
